At the time of departure, with an unmoving mind, disciplined with devotion (bhakti) and with the power of yoga, Having fully established the vital breath (prāṇa) between the eyebrows, he goes to that Supreme Divine Person (Puruṣa).
At the time of death, with the mind immovable, armed with devotion and strength of discipline, focusing vital breath between the brows, one attains the supreme divine spirit of man.
(10) With mind unmoving at the time of passing on, by love-and-devotion integrated and by the power of spiritual exercise too, forcing the breath between the eyebrows duly, so will that man draw nigh to that divine exalted Person.
8.10 At the time of death, having fully fixed the Prāṇa (vital force) between the eyebrows with an unswerving mind, and being imbued with devotion as also the strength of concentration, he reaches that resplendent supreme person.

8.10 At the time of death, with unshaken mind, endowed with devotion, by the power of Yoga, fixing the whole life-breath in the middle of the two eyebrows, he reaches that resplendent Supreme Person.
