Four kinds of virtuous men worship Me, O Arjuna: The afflicted, the seeker of knowledge, the seeker of wealth, and the man of knowledge (jñānī), O best of the Bharatas (Bharatarṣabha).
Arjuna, four types of virtuous men are devoted to me: the tormented man, the seeker of wisdom, the suppliant, and the sage.
(16) Fourfold are the doers of good who love-and-worship Me—the afflicted, the man who seeks wisdom, the man who strives for gain, and the man who wisdom knows.
7.16 O Arjuna, foremost of the Bhārata dynasty, four classes of people of virtuous deeds adore Me: the afflicted, the seeker of Knowledge, the seeker of wealth and the man of Knowledge.
