ये चैव सात्त्विका भावा राजसास्तामसाश्च ये। मत्त एवेति तान्विद्धि नत्वहं तेषु ते मयि ॥7.12॥
7.12 ye caiva sāttvikā bhāvā rājasās tāmasāś ca ye matta eveti tān viddhi na tv ahaṃ teṣu te mayi

And whatever states of being are of goodness (sāttvika), and those of passion (rājasa) and darkness (tāmasa), Know them to be from Me alone; but I am not in them, they are in Me.
