The Blessed Lord (Śrī Bhagavān) said: O son of Pritha (Pārtha), neither here nor in the next world does destruction exist for him. For no one who does good works, my friend, goes to an evil destiny.
Arjuna, he does not suffer doom in this world or the next; any man who acts with honor cannot go the wrong way, my friend.
The Blessed Lord said: (40) Not in this world nor in the next is such a man destroyed-or-lost: for no doer of fair works will tread an evil path, my friend, no, none whatever.
6.40 The Blessed Lord said -- O Pārtha, there is certainly no ruin for him here or hereafter. For, no one engaged in good meets with a deplorable end, My son!
6.40 The Lord said -- Neither here (in this world) nor there (in the next), Arjuna, is there destruction for him. For, no one who does good ever comes to an evil end.
6.40 The Blessed Lord said -- O Arjuna, neither in this world, nor in the next world is there destruction for him; none, verily, who does good, O My son, ever comes to grief.
