Arjuna said: This discipline (yoga) which is declared by you as equanimity (sāmya), O Slayer of Madhu (Madhusūdana), I do not see its steady continuation, because of restlessness.
You define this discipline by equanimity, Krishna; but in my faltering condition, I see no ground for it.
Arjuna said: (33) So fickle [is my mind] that I cannot descry this still, firm-established state of this spiritual exercise which You have preached as 'being the same [in everything]'.
6.33 Arjuna said -- O Madhusūdana (Kṛṣṇa), this Yoga that has been spoken of by You as sameness, I do not see its steady continuance, owing to the restlessness (of the mind).
6.33 Arjuna said -- This Yoga of equality, which has been declared by You, O Kṛṣṇa, I do not see that it can be steady because of the fickleness of the mind.
6.33 Arjuna said -- This Yoga of equanimity taught by Thee, O Kṛṣṇa, I do not see its steady continuance, because of the restlessness (of the mind).
