He who, having restrained the organs of action (karmendriyāṇi), sits remembering with his mind The objects of the senses, that deluded soul is called a hypocrite (mithyācāra).
When his senses are controlled but he keeps recalling sense objects with his mind, he is a self-deluded hypocrite.
(6) Whoso controls his limbs through which he acts but sits remembering in his mind sense-objects, deludes [him]self; he is called a hypocrite.
3.6 One, who after withdrawing the organs of action, sits mentally recollecting the objects of the senses, that one, of deluded mind, is called a hypocrite.
