Both action (pravṛtti) and inaction (nivṛtti), demonic men do not know. Neither purity (śauca), nor right conduct (ācāra), nor truth (satya) is found in them.
Demonic men cannot comprehend activity and rest; there exists no clarity, no morality, no truth in them.
(7) Of creative action and its return to rest the devilish folk know nothing; in them there is no purity, no morality, no truth.
