Given over to immeasurable anxiety, which ends only with death, Holding the enjoyment of desires (kāma) as their highest goal, convinced that this is all there is.
In their certainty that life consists in sating their desires, they suffer immeasurable anxiety that ends only with death.
(11) Unmeasured care is theirs right up to the time of death, [for] they have no other aim than to satisfy their lusts, convinced that this is all.
