But the highest Person (Puruṣa) is another, declared to be the supreme Self (Paramātman), Who, having entered the three worlds, sustains them, the imperishable Lord (Īśvara).
Other is the supreme spirit of man, called the supreme self, the immutable lord who enters and sustains the three worlds.
(17) But there is [yet] another Person, the [All-]Sublime, surnamed 'All-Highest Self’: the three worlds He enters-and-pervades, sustaining them,—the Lord who passes not away.
15.17 But different is the supreme Person who is spoken of as the transcendental Self, who, permeating the three worlds, upholds (them), and is the imperishable God.
15.17 There is the Supreme Person other than these. He is named the Supreme Self (Paramātmā) in all the Vedas. He who, as the Immutable One and the Lord, entering the threefold world, supports it.
15.17 But distinct is the Supreme Puruṣa called the highest Self, the indestructible Lord Who, pervading the three worlds, sustains them.
