प्रकृत्यैव च कर्माणि क्रियमाणानि सर्वशः। यः पश्यति तथाऽत्मानमकर्तारं स पश्यति ॥13.30॥
13.29 prakṛtyaiva ca karmāṇi kriyamāṇāni sarvaśaḥ yaḥ paśyati tathātmānam akartāraṃ sa paśyati

And that actions (karmāṇi) by nature (prakṛti) alone are being performed in every way, He who sees this, and likewise the self (ātman) as the non-doer, he sees truly.
