For seeing equally everywhere the Lord (Īśvara) established, He does not destroy the self (ātman) by the self; thereby he goes to the supreme goal.
He really sees who sees that all actions are performed by nature alone and that the self is not an actor.
(28) For seeing Him, the same, the Lord, established everywhere, he cannot of himself to [him]self do hurt, hence he treads the highest way.
13.29 Since by seeing equally God who is present alike everywhere he does not injure the Self by the Self, therefore he attains the supreme Goal.
13.29 For, seeing the ruler (i.e., self) abiding alike in every place, he does not injure the self by the self (mind) and therefore reaches the highest goal.
13.29 Because he who sees the same Lord equally dwelling everywhere does not destroy the Self by the self; he goes to the highest goal.
