Equally present in all beings, the supreme Lord (Parameśvara), Unperishing among the perishing, he who sees this, he sees truly.
Seeing the lord standing the same everywhere, the self cannot injure itself and goes the highest way.
(27) The same in all contingent beings, abiding [without change], the Highest Lord, when all things fall to ruin, [Himself] is not destroyed: who sees Him sees [indeed].
13.28 He sees who sees the supreme Lord as existing equally in all beings, and as the Imperishable among the perishable.
