And having seen Your mouths terrible with tusks, like the fire of time (kālānala) at the end of the world, I do not know the directions, and I find no refuge. Be gracious, O Lord of gods (Deveśa), O Abode of the universe (Jagannivāsa)!
Seeing the fangs protruding from your mouths like the fires of time, I lose my bearings and I find no refuge; be gracious, Lord of Gods, Shelter of the Universe.
(25) I see your mouths with jagged, ghastly tusks reminding [me] of Time's [devouring] fire: I cannot find my bearings, I cannot find a refuge; have mercy, God of gods, home of the universe!
11.25 Having merely seen Your mouths made terrible with (their) teeth and resembling the fire of Dissolution, I have lost the sense of direction and find no comfort. Be gracious, O Lord of gods, O Abode of the Universe.
11.25 Viewing Your mouths, presenting awe-generating fangs and looking like the consuming fire of final destruction, I know not the quarters of the globe nor do I find repose. Be gracious, O Lord of the Devas! O Abode of the universe!
11.25 Having seen Thy mouths fearful with teeth (blazing) like the fires of cosmic dissolution, I know not the four quarters, nor do I find peace. Have mercy, O Lord of the gods, O abode of the universe.
