यदि मामप्रतीकारमशस्त्रं शस्त्रपाणयः। धार्तराष्ट्रा रणे हन्युस्तन्मे क्षेमतरं भवेत् ॥1.46॥
1.46 yadi mām apratīkāram aśastraṃ śastrapāṇayaḥ dhārtarāṣṭrā raṇe hanyus tan me kṣemataraṃ bhavet

If, unresisting, Unarmed, the weapons in their hands, The sons of Dhritarashtra should kill me in battle, That would be more peaceful (kṣematara) for me.
