Sañjaya said: Thus addressed by the Thick-haired one (Guḍākeśa), O descendant of Bharata (Bhārata), The Lord of the senses (Hṛṣīkeśa), In the middle of both armies, Having established that best of chariots.
When Arjuna had spoken, Krishna halted their splendid chariot between the armies.
(24) Thus addressed by Arjuna, Kṛṣṇa brought that splendid chariot to a halt between the two armies
1.24 -- 1.25 Sanjay said -- O scion of the line of Bhārata (Dhṛtarāṣṭra), Hṛṣīkeśa, being told so by Guḍākeśa (Arjuna), placed the excellent chariot between the two armies, in front of Bhīṣma and Droṇa as also all the rulers of the earth, and said, 'O Pārtha (Arjuna), see these assembled people of the Kuru dynasty.'
1.24 - 1.25 Sañjaya said -- Thus addressed by Arjuna, Sri Kṛṣṇa drew up that best of chariots between the two armies before the view of Bhīṣma and Droṇa and all the other kings, O Dhṛtarāṣṭra, and said, 'O Arjuna, behold these assembled Kauravas.'
1.24. Sañjaya said -- Thus addressed by Arjuna, Kṛṣṇa, having stationed that best of chariots, O Dhṛtarāṣṭra, in the midst of the two armies.
