Even if you are, among all sinners, the worst doer of sin (pāpa), By the boat of knowledge (jñāna) alone, you will cross over all wickedness.
Even if you are the most evil of all sinners, you will cross over all evil on the raft of knowledge.
(36) Even though you were the very worst among all evil-doers, [yet once you have boarded] wisdom's bark, you will surmount all [this] tortuous [stream of life].
4.36 Even if you be the worst sinner among all sinners, still you will cross over all the wickedness with the raft of Knowledge alone.
4.36 Even if you be the most sinful of all sinners, you will cross over all sins by the boat of knowledge alone.
4.36 Even if thou art the most sinful of all sinners, yet thou shalt verily cross all sins by the raft of knowledge.
