Those bewildered by the qualities (guṇas) of nature (prakṛti) are attached to the actions of the qualities (guṇakarmasu). The knower of the whole (kṛtsnavit) should not unsettle the dull ones who do not know the whole.
Those deluded by the qualities of nature are attached to their actions; a man who knows this should not upset these dull men of partial knowledge.
(29) By the constituents of Nature fooled are men attacked to the constituents' works. Such men, dull-witted, only know in part. Let not the knower of the whole upset [the knower of the part].
3.29 Those who are wholly deluded by the guṇas of Nature become attached to the activities of the guṇas. The knower of the All should not disturb those of dull intellect, who do not know the All.
3.29 Those who are deluded by the Guṇas of Prakṛti are attached to the works of the Guṇas. But he who knows the whole truth should not unsettle the ignorant who do not know the whole truth.
3.29 Those deluded by the qualities of Nature are attached to the functions of the qualities. The man of perfect knowledge should not unsettle the foolish one who is of imperfect knowledge.
