कर्म ब्राहृोद्भवं विद्धि ब्राहृाक्षरसमुद्भवम्। तस्मात्सर्वगतं ब्रह्म नित्यं यज्ञे प्रतिष्ठितम् ॥3.15॥
3.15 karma brahmodbhavaṃ viddhi brahmākṣarasamudbhavam tasmāt sarvagataṃ brahma nityaṃ yajñe pratiṣṭhitam

Know that action (karma) arises from Brahman, and Brahman arises from the Imperishable (akṣara). Therefore, the all-pervading Brahman is eternally established in sacrifice (yajña).

Action comes from the spirit of prayer, whose source is OM, sound of the imperishable; so the pervading infinite spirit is ever present in rites of sacrifice.
