सहयज्ञाः प्रजाः सृष्ट्वा पुरोवाच प्रजापतिः। अनेन प्रसविष्यध्वमेष वोऽस्त्विष्टकामधुक् ॥3.10॥
3.10 sahayajñāḥ prajāḥ sṛṣṭvā purovāca prajāpatiḥ anena prasaviṣyadhvam eṣa vo ‘stv iṣṭakāmadhuk

Having created beings together with sacrifice (yajña) in the beginning, the Lord of creatures (Prajāpati) said: "By this you shall multiply; let this be the milker of your desires."
