With hands and feet everywhere, with eyes, heads, and mouths everywhere, With ears everywhere in the world, it stands encompassing all.
Lacking all the sense organs, it shines in their qualities; unattached, it supports everything; without qualities, it enjoys them.
(13) Hands and feet It has on every side, on every side eyes, heads, months, and ears; in the world all things encompassing [changeless] It abides.
13.14 That (Knowable), which has hands and feet everywhere, which has eyes, heads and mouths everywhere, which has ears everywhere, exists in creatures by pervading them all.
13.14 Everywhere are Its hands and feet; Its eyes, heads and mouths are everywhere; Its ears are on all sides; and It exists encompassing all things.
