If the brilliance of a thousand suns were to arise at once in the sky, If that splendor were similar, to the splendor of that great soul (mahātman).
If the light of a thousand suns were to rise in the sky at once, it would be like the light of that great spirit.
(12) If in [bright] heaven together should arise the shining brilliance of a thousand suns, then would that perhaps resemble the brilliance of that [God] so great of Self.
11.12 Should the effulgence of a thousand suns blaze forth simultaneously in the sky, that might be similar to the radiance of that exalted One.
11.12 If a thousand suns were to rise at once in the sky, the resulting splendor may be like the splendor of that mighty One.
11.12 If the splendor of a thousand suns were to blaze out at once (simultaneously) in the sky, that would be the splendor of that mighty Being (great Soul).
