With Me as the overseer, nature (prakṛti) brings forth the moving and the unmoving. By this cause, O son of Kunti (Kaunteya), the world revolves.
Nature, with me as her inner eye, bears animate and inanimate beings; and by reason of this, Arjuna, the universe continues to turn.
(10) [A world of] moving and unmoving things material Nature brings to birth while I look-on-and-supervise: this is the cause [and this the means] by which the world revolves.
9.10 Under Me as the supervisor, the Prakṛti produces (the world) of the moving and the non-moving things. Owing to this reason, O son of Kuntī, the world revolves.
9.10 Under My supervision, Prakṛti gives birth to all mobile and immobile entities. Because of this, O Arjuna, does the world revolve.
