Actions (karmāṇi) do not taint Me, nor is there desire in Me for the fruit of action; He who comprehends Me thus, is not bound by actions (karmabhiḥ).
I desire no fruit of actions, and actions do not defile me; one who knows this about me is not bound by actions.
(14) Works can never affect Me. I have no yearning for their fruits. Whoso should know that this is how I am will never be bound by works.
4.14 Actions do not taint Me; for Me there is no hankering for the results of actions. One who knows Me thus, does not become bound by actions.
