He is not born, nor does he die at any time, Nor having been, will he cease to be again. Unborn, eternal, everlasting, this ancient one, Is not killed when the body is killed.
It is not born, it does not die; having been, it will never not be; unborn, enduring, constant, and primordial, it is not killed when the body is killed.
(20) Never is it born nor dies; never did it come to be nor will it ever come to be again: unborn, eternal, everlasting is this [self],—primeval. It is not slain when the body is slain.
