स्वे स्वे कर्मण्यभिरतः संसिद्धिं लभते नरः। स्वकर्मनिरतः सिद्धिं यथा विन्दति तच्छृणु ॥18.45॥
18.45 sve sve karmaṇy abhirataḥ saṃsiddhiṃ labhate naraḥ svakarmanirataḥ siddhiṃ yathā vindati tac chṛṇu

Devoted to his own respective action (karma), a man attains perfection (saṃsiddhi). How one devoted to his own action finds perfection (siddhi), hear that.
